He’s been married to Maureen since 1980, and together they have 4 children and 4 grandchildren.

Maureen Arnold

Maureen Arnold has been a disciple of Jesus Christ since 1966. The privilege of helping parents live out Deuteronomy 6:5-9 has motivated her to teach history at Crestmont since 2010. Her credentials include a BSEd from Abilene Christian University and 20 years of homeschooling. She's been married to Larry since 1980, and together they enjoy their 4 children and 4 grandchildren.

JoAnne Burch

JoAnne Burch graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education, but was certified through eighth grade and added an endorsement in Biology.  She taught for twenty years in public education, did a stint at a museum (outreach teacher) and state aquarium (specialty education) in Chattanooga, TN, and now has taught in San Antonio, first in a Christian home school cooperative and then (starting in 2019) at Crestmont.  Her FIVE children are all grown now and she has eleven grandchildren!  Mrs. Burch is often heard quoting Colossians 3:23 "And whatsoever you do, do heartily, as unto the Lord ..."  She loves Crestmont, because of the prayerful undergirding she feels regularly ... and her "WONDERFUL students!”

Sandy Davis

She continues to substitute in NISD and BISD.  Mrs. Davis started working at Crestmont in August of 2019.  She is happily married to her husband of 24 years and they have a wonderful son, who is in college.  A Bible verse she loves is Joshua 1:9.  Her favorite aspects of teaching are seeing the "lightbulb moment' that happens when a child learns something that is difficult, getting to teach children who love the Lord,  and receiving hugs and smiles from students. Crestmont is a wonderful place to grow and learn!

Alyssa DeLosSantos

Alyssa DeLosSantos joined the Crestmont family in 2018 when she accepted her first high school teaching assignment. As a graduate of Illinois State University, Mrs. DeLosSantos first came to San Antonio to teach first graders in 1997. She has enjoyed twenty-two years of new class lists, freshly sharpened pencils, and the wonder of learning. She is currently serving as the Academic Dean and a high school English teacher. She loves the opportunities Crestmont offers students and families. The partnership with families, to ensure a solid academic and spiritual foundation, is bar none. The class size allows her to discern and address the unique needs of every student. Crestmont is more than a teaching assignment, it's an opportunity to equip and send out the next generation of believers and leaders.
